Returns and Shipping

All products are tested immediately before shipping to you.

Returns

We exchange defective products or offer a refund for return of non-defective products within 30 days of purchase.

All products must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Contact us for prior return authorization before sending any products for exchange or refund.

Defective product exchange

We will exchange defective products for the same product within 30 days of purchase.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for non-defective products

You may return non-defective products for refund within 30 days of purchase.

Non-defective products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The fee includes 5% to cover the payment processing fees. Payment processors (PayPay and others) do not refund their fees.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email:

  • that we have received your returned item and
  • whether we have approved or rejected your refund request.

Non-returnable products

We don’t accept returns on:

  • SD cards.
  • Kits. Kits cannot be returned once assembly has started. Kits must be returned in the condition they were sold or NO refund will be allowed.
  • Any “AS IS” item. AS IS products are sold untested.

Shipping

Orders placed with Andertone Industries are generally shipped within one week of receipt of payment.

We ship via US Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number when we ship. Shipping fees are based on the number of products you order.

Packages shipped via Priority Mail typically arrive in 2-3 days after shipment. If you have special shipping requirements please contact us before placing your order and we will try to accommodate you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (store credit), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
